Ever since we switched over to Organic groceries, we’ve been trying to make smoothies with the extra produce in our fridge. This morning, we thought we’d try this Blueberry and Kale Smoothie recipe – it was delicious!
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup packed roughly chopped kale, stems removed
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
